Public Offer (Driver Agreement)

The official public offer between the driver and Next, LLC (ID 400319222) is published in Georgian, which is the binding version.

An English translation is not yet available. By accepting the offer and using the service, you agree to the terms of the Georgian-language agreement.

Since 16 September 2026 the offer also covers the drivers' feed in the App (clauses 5.1.13, 5.4.3 and 6.3 of the Georgian text): content you post must be your own and free of third-party personal data, offensive, political or advertising material; it is published after a review by Next, LLC, is visible to the fleet's drivers (under your first name and last initial, or as «anonymous driver» if you choose so — staff still sees the author), may be removed at any time, and you grant Next, LLC a free, non-exclusive right to display it in the App and on a post's share page while it is published; you can delete it at any time.
