PrimeDriver — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

PrimeDriver ("the App", "we", "us") is a companion application for taxi drivers operating with our partner fleet. The data controller is Next, LLC, registered at 13 Asureti Street, Tbilisi, Georgia, ID 400319222. Contact: support@primedriver.ge.

The App lets a driver view their balance, request payouts to a bank account, and see their statistics, bonuses and leaderboard standing. It is a wrapper around our web service and works both in a mobile app (Android/iOS) and a web browser.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service for you as a driver:

We do NOT collect your device location. The App does not request or track GPS/location.

We do not knowingly collect data from children; the App is intended for adult professional drivers only.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.

Data is processed in Georgia. Some service providers (e.g. Google, Apple, Anthropic) may process data outside Georgia (e.g. in the United States); we rely on their compliance frameworks for such transfers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it, except where law (e.g. financial/accounting rules) requires longer retention.

7. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and other appropriate measures. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

8. Your rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact support@primedriver.ge. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

To delete your account and associated data, contact support@primedriver.ge (or use the in-app account-deletion option, if available).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date; significant changes will be communicated in the App.
